Common questions.

How long does a renewal take?
Renewal requests are processed within 1 business day. We recommend submitting at least 30 days before your domain expires.
Where do I find my AuthInfo (EPP) code?
Log in to your current registrar’s control panel — it’s usually under Domain Settings or Security. If you can’t find it, contact your current registrar directly.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes — you’ll receive an email confirmation with a reference number as soon as your request is submitted. We’ll also notify you when it’s completed.
What if my domain has already expired?
Contact us as soon as possible at office@advancedsoftware.eu. There is usually a grace period after expiry, but time is critical.
Who is listed as the registrant on my domain?
Per RoTLD requirements, .ro domains must be registered directly in the name of your company .
